There are three reasons you are required to register for each course you want to complete.

1. Since user accounts are not established for this training, submitting an email address through the registration form ensures you will receive a course registration email which contains a unique link that is specific to the course you registered for. This link is provided so that:
   • If you are unable to complete the course, you can select the link to return to the place within the course where you left off so that you may finish the training. Using this link when returning to the course is the best way to ensure that your future progress is retained.
   • If you have completed the course but want to review the material, use the link to return to the course where you can use the progress bar to explore the completed topics within the video.
2. For the "Certificate Offered" courses, you may use the link contained in the registration email to return to your quiz results page where your certificate can be downloaded. This way, if you forget to download your certificate, you may retrieve it by using the link within the registration email.
3. Additional information requested in the registration form is requested to assist in the measurement of training views and to help ensure the training is reaching a broader audience.

An automated email will be sent to the email address you entered in the course registration form. You may need to check your spam or junk mail folder to locate this email. Another reason you may not receive an email is if you entered an incorrect email in the registration form. Try re-registering for the course and ensuring a correct email is entered.

No. Since user accounts are not established for this training, there is not a way for you to access and update the information you initially registered with. The only way to make changes is to re-register for the course using the updated information (for example, name, email address, organization, etc.) and take the course again. This will allow the automated system to associate the course with the updated information.

Locate the email you received after registering for the course and select the course link contained within the email. Select the link to return to the place in the course where you left off so that you may finish the training. Utilizing this link when returning to the course is the best way to ensure that your future progress is retained.

Once you begin the course, there is a “Transcript” button located underneath the video. Select the “Transcript” button to view the full transcript for the course. There is also a “Download Transcript” button for downloading a PDF version of the full transcript. Finally, if you would like to view the transcript as it is narrated, select the transcript icon located within the bottom task bar of the video player. This will pop up a window which will show each section of the transcript as it is being narrated.

A score of eighty 80% or better is required to pass the course. Once you complete the quiz, you will be provided with a summary of your quiz results and prompted to retake the quiz. The summary will show you which questions were answered incorrectly. Select “Retake Quiz” to take the quiz again.

You may retake the quizzes as many times as is needed to pass the course.

You may earn a certificate by viewing one of the "Certificate Offered" courses and passing the course quiz, earning a score of eighty 80% or better on the quiz. Once you pass the quiz, you will be provided with a summary of your quiz results, as well as a “Download Certificate” button located at the top right section of the screen. Select the button to download your certificate. Please note: This may take a few moments to be generated.

In addition to the option to download your certificate, you will also receive an automated email containing a link which will return you to your quiz results page where the option to download your certificate is available. This way, if you forget to download your certificate, you may retrieve it by using the link within the email.

After you complete one of the "Certificate Offered" courses, there are three ways to obtain your certificate:

This way, if you forget to download your certificate, you may retrieve it by using the link within the email.
3. You may also use the link provided in the registration email, which, if you have already completed and passed the course, will now take you to the quiz results page where the certificate may be downloaded.
